L'hôtel est apprécié pour ses magnifiques piscines, souvent à débordement et parfois à l'eau salée, ainsi que pour la propreté générale des lieux et des chambres. Nice trip for the price BUT read carefully
We were there for a week
My boyfriend and I.
It was my first time in RP. We bought the tickets 30hours before to leave after doing more than 4 hours researches. We ended up there because of the seaweeds season and the price.
We knew there was not beach but were told it was easily accessible (public beach) and the hotels offered a shuttle.
If you choose to go there be careful the day you go to the beach, and make sure you go during the week and before 4h or you'll be stuck in the middle of of locals with no place to install your towels...it's a bit intimidating.
That being said water was clear, LIGHT sand and NO SEAWEEDS.
Another VERY IMPORTANT details....ideally learn a bit of Spanish. It's the first time we have ro deal with staff having a hard time with English most of them didn't speak at all !
Makes your stay harder when you cannot be understood.
That being said everyone was really friendly and nice and tried as much as they can and we used a translator.
Another thing is that the excursion desk was weird and hard to understand also.
If you can book through your agent or websites it will be better.
Make sure to have change for tips like 1$ because most of them won't give you cambio
The room was incredibly nice and big we took ocean front and were not disappointed.
The food was food and the dessert incredible
Hard to book the restaurant we were not able to have any !
There's also the Tamashi (3rd restaurant) but you need to pay for your food and drinks.
Food was great tho.
A great thing is the food truck (free) offering 6 meals (snacks) during the afternoon if you missed the buffet
There's also a snack bar offering king of a small buffet basically fast food and some fruits and pasta salads during they day and at night open until 1 AM
The place was really clean.
Only 3 bars and they close early.
No lobby where you can chill and talk the only spot is close to the pools and there's not enough chairs and table for everyone...not really à good thing.
Same for the pools as there only pools you would think you'll be able to enjoy confortable with no problem but NO. NOT ENOUGH chairs or spot for everyone one.

We had no A/C for the last 2 days because they were doing maintenance on them right on our building.
I would give a 7 out of 10 because it was cute, clean and people were nice. The food was also more than acceptable.
You just have to understand it's not your usual resort with all conveniences and artifacts.
I would recommend if you need a real relaxing vacations without the whole majestic resort experience.

Belle place, point negatif est l'autobus qu'on doit prendre pour aller a la plage, mais l'acces a cell-ci via le site pour faire de la plongé est interessant

Nous avons décidé de donner une 2e chance à cette hôtel car ça s’était vraiment mal passé la première fois, cette fois-ci ça s’est super bien passé, petit resort, plage à 5 minutes en autobus, staff gentils, chambre très propres, on y retournera peut-être une 3e fois qui sait
