Excellent vacation at the Zilara Rose Hall, though we did have a few issues…
Excellent vacation at the Zilara Rose Hall, though we did have a few issues with Westjet that still remain unresolved. Flight cancelled, long layover in Toronto, promised a hotel for the night but had to fight to get it once we got to the airport at 10pm because they could no longer find our information. Airport transportation forgot to pick us up at the hotel. Another delayed flight coming home. Delays were not the fault of Westjet (weather) however the process to rebook flights etc...was very frustrating and we are yet to receive any compensation as was promised. Positif : Hotel immediately gave us a fantastic upgrade after we had a small water issue in our room. Personnel was very friendly. Restaurants and food were excellent. Beach was great. never lacking room or felt overcrowded. Property, including rooms were exceptionally well maintained and clean. Animation was fantastic. We really enjoyed are stay. Négatif : No negatives to mention

Superbe endroit Positif : Propreté, luxe, choix de restaurants. Négatif : Quelques fois nous avions l'impression de déranger le personnel ! Mais sinon tous les employés étaient sympathiques et courtois.
