We loved everything about this hotel!! Marvin on the beach was a great help. Service was amazing. Clean hotel, fun activities but not agressive to have you participate so that was a bonus! The food from the snack bar to the bbq, a la carte and buffet couldn’t have been better if they tried. Hands down the best I’ve ever eaten at 20 plus all inclusive hotels. Positif : Service was incredible, selvin(came from st james) arleen (breakfast and bbq) roxanne (italian) neil (bar), troy(breakfast) fabiola (trainee)?Everyone was just so nice and went out of their way to help. I forgot some names but everyone was amazing in their own way. Beach was perfect, food selection and freshness was outstanding. Eco friendly as well! Beach massages! Négatif : Only negative was that there was no cord to hang our wet swim suits in the shower but there was a towel bar outside on the balcony to hang stuff so that was ok.
