Dear Travel Partners,

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding in the week following the fire at the Majestic Colonial. Following is an update on the time frame/work schedule for the reconstruction of the affected areas:

• Spa - Should be ready two weeks from today, expected re-open date 08May12.

• Wet Bar - Should be ready two weeks from today, expected re-open date 08May12.

• Pool – The pool is in perfect condition, however we will continue to keep the area facing the beach restaurant closed (25%), as previously described until the completion of the work on the Spa and Wet bar are completed, on 08May12.

• Beach Restaurant – We expect to complete the repairs on this restaurant in 30days, however I do not have an exact re-opening date at this time.

We will continue to grant access to the Majestic Elegance (main section) bars, spa and swimming pool for all guests of the Majestic Colonial until 08May12. Following 08May12, guests of the Majestic Colonial will be given access only to the Steakhouse (Asadito) and the Seafood/Beach Restaurant (See & Sea) restaurants, at the Majestic Elegance until the re-opening of the Beach Restaurant at the Majestic Colonial.

Walking around the property today you will see guests enjoying their vacation, and enjoying the relaxing ambience normally associated with Majestic Resorts. We do not anticipate any change to either the ambience not the comfort level for our guests over the next few weeks as the work we will be doing is for the most part manual, and not requiring heavy machinery.

To confirm we will continue to maintain the following facilities and services of the Majestic Elegance available to our Majestic Colonial guests, until 08May12.

Clients staying at the Colonial have been given access to the Majestic Elegance facilities as follows:

• Access to the Beach and swimming pools

• Access to all the a la carte restaurants for dinner (reservations required)

• Access to the Beach Restaurant for lunch

• Access to all bars

• Access to the entertainment theatre

• Access to the spa ($)

Additionally we have opened for daytime service at Majestic Colonial that are normal available at night.

• Parrots Bar

• Plaza Bar

• Matsuri restaurant

• Taino restaurant

• A beach palapa is now open on the beach for drinks and snacks

• WIFI – Will be available complementary in the upper lobby.

In closing we are happy to report that a personal visit to the Representative desks of our tour operator partners, in our lobby has also reconfirmed that the guests are giving very positive feedback on their vacation experience here at the Majestic Colonial.
